Communities for Life

We build communities that foster a sense of belonging for every lifestyle, where your health and happiness flourish in a place where you are meant to be.

Since 1958, we have been proud to develop some of  Calgary’s most desirable communities across the city. With thoughtful community plans located close to major city arteries and one-of-a-kind amenities that inspire well-being, we strive to create the best places to call home, for everyone.

Locations

Creating the best places to call home goes beyond the high-quality homes we build for you. Our new communities in NW Calgary are designed for a better life.

Live where the simplest moments turn into extraordinary, lifelong memories. Inspired and energetic. This is Brookfield.

Every Brookfield Residential community in Calgary promotes an active lifestyle and connection to your world. Step out your door to find nature and neighbours in parks, pathways, dog parks or community gardens. Our community design principles invigorate your health, happiness and well-being.

Together, we build sustainable communities where people live their best lives.

The master-planned difference

Long before the shovel hits the ground in a new community, we’ve thought about every detail. That's master planning.

With our team of planners, engineers, and architects, we consider every factor to inspire a healthy, happy lifestyle. Our design principles combine to create the quality of life you deserve.

In the spirit of truth and reconciliation, we would like to acknowledge this land.

Situated on a reclaimed quarry along the Bow River, the land that Rockland Park sits on, originally called Mohkinstsis, is rich in history. At Brookfield, we are working to build upon the history and community by acknowledging the land and those who originated here.

We honour and acknowledge the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta, the home and traditional territories of the Blackfoot confederacy including: Siksika, Kainai, Piikani First Nations; the people of Tsuut’ina First Nation; and the îethka Stoney Nakoda Nations including Goodstoney, Chiniki, Bearspaw. This territory is also home to the Otipemisiwak Métis Nation of Alberta.
